The six coloured hats ​

are used ​

as metaphors (points of view) ​

for six different approaches ​

you can pick from to react from​

in any given situation.

Which hat suits you best? What is your natural hat?

How can you tell?

Which hat is your biggest challenge?

Why?

So now you know what these hats stand for and you have thought about which hat is yours which one is definitely not yours. So now try doing the following exercise.:

Take the user stories you made earlier and see what happens if you add a different approach (hat/color)  to the story.
