È una serata fredda a Rotterdam e quattro giovani si trovano a lavorare fuori orario in fabbrica. La società proprietaria della fabbrica aveva una richiesta inaspettata di ordini aggiuntivi e il gestore non aveva altra scelta che assegnare straordinari ai suoi quattro nuovi dipendenti, mentre gli altri erano in ferie. Mentre scaricano le scatole di pacchi che devono essere spediti, il tempo passa e in poco tempo un allarme avvisa che è il momento per una pausa caffè di 10 minuti. Interrompono il loro lavoro e si riuniscono al centro della fabbrica…
