Reintegration tool Real Life Pathways

Real Life Pathways is a tool with which you can create your own reintegration plan. In order to do this you can choose the pathways on which you want to work (accommodation, work, finance, etc). After this, you can choose your priorities for each pathway (creating CV, calling the municipality to make appointment, etc). After this you can choose step by step when you want to do all this. At the end you will receive a PDF with all the steps that you have filled in for each pathways and you can start working on your reintegration!
