- Ask the group to stand up and make a circle
- Explain how the exercise works

It’s a short and easy exercise to startup this session. The first person in row states his first name and puts a suitable adjective in front of it starting with the same first letter. For instant; “Hopefull Hendrik”
[Give an example by stating it with your own first name]
The next person in row does the same, but first has to repeat what the prior persons in the circle stated in the same order as they stated their names.
[be sure you start at the beginning of the exercise, than you don’t have to memorize all names]
3. Execute the exercise
The exercise has come to an end if everybody has taken his turn in the right order.
[Afterwards you might ask every person to shortly state why they chose that specific adjective]
